Mgr. Jana Majrichová, LL.M. previously worked in different positions at VKP before becoming a junior lawyer in 2006 after completing her law studies. She mainly deals with corporate law, due diligence of property and companies, civil and criminal proceedings and representation in civil actions. She previously worked as head of the law department of the head of a district authority and is therefore able to find her way around the relations of public administration, regional and municipal government and the associated issues. In her free time she devotes herself to charity activities, in particular voluntary work for the Czech Red Cross, of which she is vice-president. She also concentrates on managing activity at the GRANT Foundation. She works in Czech and English and has passive knowledge of Russian.
